THIS IS THE ITINERARY OF THE 5-day tour in morocco from casablanca to fes via marrakech and sahara desert :

Day1: Casablanca – Marrakech

We’ll begin our 5-day tour in morocco from casablanca to fes via marrakech and sahara desert .we will pick you up from your hotel or airport or train or bus within the morning from Casablanca, we’ll start the tour round 7:00 a.m.

We’ll take a drive to Marrakech cross via “settat” and some cities. we’ll attain to  Marrakech (red city ) is a magical place, brimming with markets, gardens, locations, and mosques  .at this time we’ll visit the red city of  Marrakech with a local guide in a full-day city tour. we’ll start  the day with visiting the “Jardin Majorelle” is a two and a half botanical garden and artist’s landscape garden in Marrakech, morocco .it was created by the French Orientalist artist, Jacques Majorelle over nearly forty years, beginning in (1923), and features a Cubist villa designed by the French architect, (paulsinoir in 1930).

 we will take walk across the backyard with gorgeous views. then proceed to “Jemaa el Fna” market is a square and market place in Marrakesh’s medina quarter. it remains the main square of marrakesh used by locals and tourists.we’ll have lunch across the city within the restaurant .you’ll take pleasure in your lunch and take a relaxation on the restaurant’s city. after lunch we’ll proceed to go to the “Bahia palace” is a palace and a set of gardens located in Marrakesh, morocco. it was built within the late (19th  century), supposed to be the greatest palace of its time, the name means “brilliance”.

 we’ll explore  the “saadien’s tombs”  a series sepulchers and mausoleums in Marrakesh that home the remains of essential figures from the “Saadi” dynasty .then  we are going to continue to visit “Koutoubia” is the largest mosque in Marrakesh morocco it’s located in the southwest medina quarter of Marrakesh, close to the famous public place of “Jemaa el-Fna”, and is flanked by massive gardens.

 we’ll go to see “Menara” Gardens are botanical gardens positioned to the west of Marrakesh Morocco, near the Atlas mountains .you’ll calm down within the Menara gardens of Morocco in Marrakesh, surrounded by a number of orchards of palm trees, olive trees, and fruit trees. overnight in a local  hotel in Marrakesh, your dinner and breakfast at your hotel.

Day2: Marrakech – Ait ben haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades gorge

On the second day of 5-day trip in morocco from casablanca to fes via marrakech and sahara desert, after breakfast in your hotel/riad,

 we’ll travel to Dades valley, we’ll move by  high atlas mountains cross-linking the south-east of Marrakech to the town of Ouarzazate by the high atlas mountains you’ll take good photos under the monument beginning the heigh to the pass and enjoy the lovely surroundings, from November by March

snow can usually fall on the pass, however, it may be heated all 12 months-spherical in the strong solar, it reaches an elevation (2.260 meters) above the ocean level. And it’s the highest major mountain pass in North Africa it calls (Tizi N’tichka), to reach to ait ben haddou village, the fortified “ksar” with its wonderful kasbahs, the atlas Berber village .

we will attain Kasbah ait ben haddou, a well-known village designated a world heritage site by the UNESCO and the setting for a lot of Hollywood movies, we cease for lunch in ait ben haddou, after lunch we’ll head to Ouarzazate has stood on the edge of the Sahara desert for hundreds of years, a city of palm trees, sandy streets, and blocky, fort-like building, that is the morocco seen in (100 movies)

the name Ouarzazate comes from the Amazigh for” quiet place” and compared to many of its fellow morocco towns, there’s a certain calm to be discovered right here, inside its walls you will find new hotels and complexes,  plus film studios which have made the most of their photogenic location, outside the town is the explanation most individuals come to Ouarzazate: the stunning Sahara. take a trek out to the nearby villages and kasbahs, 

afterward, we’ll continue toward exploring roses valley known for its apricots, however especially for its roses, this valley is rich of its traditions and it’s Berber tradition, its splendid landscapes, and its inhabitans. on the end the day, follow dades river on the tiny highway passing by completely different fortified  Kasbahs located on the side of the road to dades canyons, you’ll reach to your hotel within the afternoon, dinner and breakfast at your dades hotel.

Day3: Dades gorge – todra gorge –Erfoud – Merzouga

On the third day of 5-day tour in morocco from casablanca to fes via marrakech and sahara desert, after breakfast at your hotel at Dades valley.

we will take a drive via the road with ancient (1001 kasbahs) and many Berber villages on the dades the Dades gorge is a series of rugged river gorge carved out by the Dades river in morocco .the river originates in the high atlas range of the Atlas mountains, following some (350 kilometers) southwest before joining the “draa river” on the edge of the Sahara, the place we’ll deviate to a minor highway driving alongside the river to “todra” where you’ll stop for a walk within the oasis bellow the shade of palm trees.

 We Leave the Dades valley towards “tinghir” and the todra valley .we’ll watch the panoramic views of the mud Berber villages overlooking the valley, then we’ll head to the Erg Chebbi pass-through “tinjdad” and “Erfoud”. We’ll have a cease to enjoy lunch and break in the restaurant  “tinjdad”. 

afterward, we’ll proceed early within the afternoon to  “Erfoud” .we’ll stop in Erfoud to visit the fossils Kasbah is a manufacture of artworks with fossils located in Erfoud, you’ll discover fossils dating back hundreds of hendreds of thousands of years .then we’ll travel to the Sahara desert of erg Chebbi .later we arrive at Merzouga desert and we’ll stay this night time in a desert hotel simply in the entrance of the dunes. Your dinner and breakfast at your hotel.

Day4: exploring Sahara desert of erg Chebbi, and camel ride

The fourth day of our 5-day tour in morocco from casablanca, will be dedicated exploring merzouga sahara desert by 4*4 vehicle .

After breakfast in your hotel we’ll explore the desert region and the marvel that is erg chebbi desert dunes where you will have the opportunity to see the nomad’s way of life and wonderful changing contrasts of the desert .we’ll visit the lands nomadic stage in the village of khamlia originally inhabitance from mali, to experience their Africa music and lifestyle.

near from this village you can see the lake of merzouga (dayetsrji) is a seasonal salt lake that’s often dry in summer when full, it attracts a wide range of migratory and desert birds and flamingos .we’ll have a traditional berber pizza for lunch in the acient capital of rissani or in restaurant of merzouga sahara. afterthat we will back to hotel to take rest .

in the afternoon we will ride the camels to see sunset over the dunes and  spending the night in the bivouac at erg chabbi dunes under nomadic tents or outside under shooting stars. at night you will have a delicious berber dinner and enjoy an amazing campfire party with drums and berber songs.

Day5: Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz valley – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

On the last day of our 5-day tour in morocco from casablanca, we will wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise on the dunes then take a camel ride back to the hotel where you’ll take a shower and enjoy your breakfast. after freshening up and having breakfast. 

We’ll leave Fez through the palm groves to rissani, to visit the marketplace is the main market located in the homonymous town. rissani is near Merzouga Sahara. the market is very big and has a lot of different zones: clothes zone, sweets zone, date zone, spices zone, meat zone, animal zone. you’ll see many things .also, the animal’s zone with cows, donkeys, bulls, and goats. the marketplace ( open on Tuesday and Thursday, Sunday). 

Afterward, we’ll continue to drive via Erfoud and ziz valley its craggy gorges behind at the city of er rachidial and continues its southward journey for another 100km along the ziz valley to the Moroccan pre-Sahara (hamada).along the way, the largely hidden river feeds a string of oases and brings life to what would otherwise be dirt and stone.

We’ll pass through the middle atlas mountains. we have a stop to enjoy lunch and a break in the restaurant in midelt ,then, we’ll head toward the cedar forest of azrou and stop to enjoy the view with the monkeys. we’ll continue via Ifrane, the (Switzerland of morocco) to arrive early evening to fes.

Drop you off in fez in your hotel or your riad or the airport where our trip from casablanca  to fes will end .
